Attendees: ber, ike, lenny. DNS, Panther Server, spam & mail rejects. Lenny got a job, new video card and an internal fax modem from eBay. And... the latter two work. cmd-click link in Safari to open in a new tab - I thought that was the cat's pajamas. Talked about setting up virtual mail servers with postfix, the TERM change from vt100 (was it?) to xterm-color and the ramifcations. We heard a review of the Belkin voice recorder - not good - for instance the recordings are distorted. Something about IPv6 in internet cafe. Lenny has issues with Eclipse IDE startup. Works for ike but he doesn't use it much. Ike and lenny played around with changing the JVM version to 1.4.1 and it seemed faster - but probably wasn't. At 8:30 or so we adjourned to the upstairs dining room for a meal. *at Hollandsche Rading |
