Attendees: ron, jim, ike, ber, onno - although the photos seem to put six people there Ike brought baklava - lots. He also brought his hours old 17" powerbook. People touched it and no one dropped it or knocked it to the floor. That's a first. After munching out on the pastry, jim did some light housework in the basement. He also related an Apple ][ ISP story and we talked about his broken zip drive. Or maybe we were talking about his broken zip drive and then we talked about Apple ][s. There was a flurry of interest in the the New School/Parsons and their academic organization. For the record New School University has seven academic divisons listed on the new school web site. Jim brought up the 5th HOPE, and made a deli run for soft drinks while ike and bob were overheard sying things like "interface builder" and "NIB". I pitched Heredis, the genealogy program I've been addicted to lately. 10PM - people started heading out. *at Hollandsche Rading |
