Maintain regular nightly back-ups of all critical systems. ? Consult and coordinate with users to determine the business functions and activities of the department; develop systems specifications based on these requirements after presenting found results Technical Director. ? Define project tasks and assist supervisor with task assignment; establish time-frames and project milestones; monitor progress to ensure compliance with project requirements; coordinate project status and updates with IT management. ?
