[macosx-unix] /usr/bin/cvs missing on 10.5?

Hi,

I attempted to show one of my students how to use Terminal and ssh to 
connect to the cvs server I maintain for a course I teach (he's a rebel, 
the others use TortoiseCVS on XP). To my surprise, cvs is not in 
/usr/bin on his 10.5 Intel system, unlike my 10.4 PPC. Did they move it?

He's going to download the Developer tools (xcode) to see if it's there. 
Where else would you get it? Darwin ports? Fink?
